Our story
What began as our father’s vision has grown into a property group built on a simple idea: local communities do well when families and businesses have good places to grow.
Mickey and Jamie Hayes carry that tradition forward. Born and raised in Queensbury, with deep ties across the town, they understand the pace and needs of the Lower Adirondack Region. They lead the company hands-on, with integrity, and with a real interest in improving the place they call home.
Today The Hayes Group owns and manages residential and commercial property, builds new homes and communities like Saint James Place, and runs local businesses including Access Storage and Cool Beans Café. The core idea hasn’t changed. For Mickey and Jamie, this goes beyond square footage and lease agreements.
